Visit Jackson Team

Beth Bolton

CEO

Beth Bolton is a fourth generation Jacksonian with strong ties to the tourism industry. She began her career in Jackson as a travel agent at the age of 19, in the good ol’ days of actual handwritten airline tickets. Her love of travel and her knowledge of hospitality led her to working in the hotel business for the past 20 years, most recently having worked for two of the biggest global brands in the industry— Hilton and Marriott. During her time in hospitality, she not only helped to open a successful local franchise under the Marriott family but also forged relationships throughout the city and state as a Director of Sales and General Manager for the brands.

Beth joined Visit Jackson as the group sales director, then transitioned into the CEO role.  When she’s not working, she can be found spending time with her grandchildren, Jack and Charlie. When they come to visit, she takes them to the Farmers Market, to concerts at the Amp, and to have fun bowling at Hub City Brewing.

Hey y’all! I’m Paige Keith, Director of Group Sales and Marketing at Visit Jackson, TN. I’ve spent over a decade in the tourism world—starting right here at Visit Jackson before life led me on a winding path through several other tourism marketing roles. Each stop along the way gave me fresh perspective and skills that I’m thrilled to bring back to Visit Jackson, TN. I’m a certified Tourism Marketing Professional, earned through Southeast Tourism Marketing College, and I live to share all the reasons Jackson is a must-visit destination for groups, families, and travelers of every stripe!

When I’m not promoting our vibrant city, you’ll find me on “adventure days” with my favorite New Yorker and life partner, Erik Vaughn Klasa, cheering on my daughter Isabella in whatever she’s conquering next, or keeping up with our fun-loving goldendoodle, Chip. Around town, I can be found roaming the aisles of The Red Barn Antique Mall, hiking local state park trails, or savoring a delicious meal downtown at Central Creek.
