The Heart of Hospitality Award celebrates the individuals who go above and beyond to make every visitor feel welcome in Jackson.

From August 2025 through July 2026, one outstanding hospitality professional was recognized each month. Now, it's time to choose the 26/27 Heart of Hospitality Annual Winner.

The Heart of Hospitality Annual Award Winner will receive:

  • $500 cash prize

  • Recognition on Visit Jackson's social media

  • Recognition at the Greater Jackson Chamber's Annual Celebration
