Recognizing the Faces Behind Jackson’s Hospitality Industry

Visit Jackson is proud to introduce the Heart of Hospitality Award: a new initiative celebrating the exceptional individuals who make Jackson feel like home. These hospitality workers go above and beyond every day to ensure our visitors are greeted with warmth, kindness, and unforgettable service.

Monthly Recognition: Each month, one outstanding nominee will be selected to:

  • Receive a $50 prize

  • Be featured on Visit Jackson’s Social Media

Annual Celebration: At the end of the year, we’ll honor one exemplary individual as our Annual Heart of Hospitality Award Winner who will receive:

  • A $500 prize

  • A special shoutout on our social media to close out the year

Monique Adams Recognized as Inaugural Heart of Hospitality Annual Award Winner

Congratulations to our inaugural Heart of Hospitality Annual Award Winner, Monique Adams!

As Station Manager for Denver Air Connection, Monique is one of the first faces visitors see when arriving in Jackson, and one of the last they see when they leave.

Each day, she brings a smile, a great attitude, and a genuine commitment to making sure travelers have an outstanding experience. She remembers passengers by name and goes above and beyond to make sure they feel taken care of. She represents Jackson with professionalism, kindness, and warm hospitality that leaves a lasting impression.

Monique is an incredible representative of our community and the hospitality industry, and we are thrilled to celebrate her as our 25/26 Heart of Hospitality Annual Award Winner.
