Recognizing the Faces Behind Jackson’s Hospitality Industry

The Heart of Hospitality Award celebrates the individuals who go above and beyond to make every visitor feel welcome in Jackson. Each month, an outstanding hospitality worker is chosen to receive $50 and a feature on Visit Jackson’s social media. At the end of the year, one annual winner is selected.

Monique Adams Recognized as Inaugural Heart of Hospitality Annual Award Winner

Congratulations to our inaugural Heart of Hospitality Annual Award Winner, Monique Adams!

As Station Manager for Denver Air Connection, Monique is one of the first faces visitors see when arriving in Jackson, and one of the last they see when they leave.

Each day, she brings a smile, a great attitude, and a genuine commitment to making sure travelers have an outstanding experience. She remembers passengers by name and goes above and beyond to make sure they feel taken care of. She represents Jackson with professionalism, kindness, and warm hospitality that leaves a lasting impression.

Monique is an incredible representative of our community and the hospitality industry, and we are thrilled to celebrate her as our 25/26 Heart of Hospitality Annual Award Winner.
